Return Policy

Any returns or exchanges must be within 7 days of receiving the item(s). Item(s) must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for returns or exchanges. 

If your item(s) is damaged upon delivery or you wish to return or exchange them, we must be notifed within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

Before sending the item back, please email with your order details with “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” in the subject line. 

We must be notified of all returns or exchanges within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment. Packages sent without contacting us first will not be accepted. 

We only accept returns of items purchased from All sale item(s) and wheel nuts are excluded from returns or exchanges.

Returns and exchanges of any products must meet the following guidelines to be granted a return or exchange for your purchase:
• Upon filing a return/exchange claim, please ensure that the item(s) are free of any damages. Returns/exchanges for wheels WILL NOT be approved once tyres have been fitted.

  • If wheels have been fitted with tyres, they will not be granted a return, exchange or refund. They are considered used items and you own them.
  • We are not responsible for any wheels that may need hub rings, wheel spacers, wheel nuts, bolts and/or any wheel accessories that is required to fit your vehicle. It is the buyer's responsibility to do their research before placing orders.
  • We are not responsible for wheel matching previous wheel orders. This include but not limited to wheels that are back ordered, discontinued or purchased as singles or pairs.
  • For product exchanges, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined once it has been received and inspected. If your return/exchange is accepted, your exchange will be processed.
  • All sales/orders are final and it is the duty of the customers to choose carefully. They do not cover change of mind and all order cancellation will incur a 10% transaction fee of the purchased price.
  • For customers that wish to return their products, their returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges for correctly shipped products may be subjected to restocking fee and customer will be liable for shipping both ways.
  • For returns/exchanges for correctly shipped products, the customer is responsible for shipping them back at their expense and it must arrive in the same new condition and packaging they were sent in. Any damages to the wheel(s) or products and/or packaging will incur a 30% charge on the purchased price.

The return/exchange process may take up to 5 to 7 business days from the time that your return has been approved. The Mod Shop reserves to right to void any returns and exchanges.
